The Ball is on Your Court!

So you anticipated a new year. You were so done with 2017, and happy to enter into a year with brand new beginnings and seasons. Well, you are in it! What have you done to make this year different from the rest?

I've come to tell you that the ball is on your court. You have the home court advantage. What are you going to do with it? Have you already given up on your goals, aspirations, and dreams? I am here to encourage you to take full advantage of your "Home Court Advantage." Take that ball and shoot for the stars. You are going to win, and you aren't going to wait until the last quarter. My son's coach has a saying, "Forth Quarter, Every Quarter!"

Let's not wait until the 4th Quarter to accomplish goals, even though the saying "Games are won in the 4th Quarter is true." Nevertheless, I've seen some games that were won in the 1st Quarter because the team came in to win and wanted to take full advantage of taking the lead. By the 4th Quarter the winning team was just having fun because they knew they were going to win.

I have a request to you to take advantage of this first quarter, so by the fourth quarter you will be finishing strong. And the foundation for 2019 will be even stronger. I wish you all many blessings on all of your aspirations and dreams both big and small. This year strive to do the things that you have always wanted to do. Come up with a plan and make it happen. And remember, the ball is on your court! You got this!
